Recurring house cleaning in a Washington County living room

House cleaning

Recurring house cleaning for Washington County homes

Most of our week is the same houses, on the same cadence. That is the work we built the company around. One-time and deep cleans are available. Recurring is what we optimize the calendar for.

What’s in a standard clean

Kitchen

Counters, appliance exteriors, sink, stovetop, floors, fingerprint cleanup on cabinets.

Baths

Toilets, tubs and showers, sinks, mirrors, floors.

Living areas and bedrooms

Surfaces, floors, accessible clutter reset. We do not pack closets unless you book it.

If you’re not home

Trash out, lights off, door locked.

Recurring vs one-time

Weekly · Biweekly · Monthly. Recurring routes fill first.

A deep clean covers baseboards, interior windowsills, fixture dusting, and heavier kitchen and bath work. Use it after a neglect stretch, before guests, or as the first visit before a recurring route starts.

Airbnb turnovers

Short-term rental turnovers are an official line. Kitchen, baths, surfaces, trash, and a guest-ready reset on the same 8 a.m.–8 p.m. seven-day window. Book through the quote form and note the checkout time.

What we clean with

Most rooms get a mix we make: vinegar, water, and Dawn. Finished wood floors get Bona. Stubborn spots get Krud Kutter. No bleach. No ammonia.

If anyone in the house has a scent or ingredient issue, say so before the first visit and we adjust.
