Interior paint, flooring, junk removal, and landscape cleanup — through subcontractors we schedule and manage. We do not pretend our cleaners are painters.
How a project runs
- Call or quote — what date are keys due, what’s staying, what’s going.
- Walkthrough or photo scope.
- Written plan: Skira clean plus any paint, floor, junk, or yard work.
- We schedule the trades so the clean happens when it should — usually last.
- You get progress from us, not four separate text threads.
